The Official IMS & Indy 500 Online Shop accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging and racing memorabilia tags are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
